Be healthy and stay healthy.
Being healthier is something we all want to be, but being and staying healthy is more or less a way of life then something we now and a agin tyr to be. That is precisly why I dont not like it whne in the media they try to promote healthy slimming diets that work fast... being healthy isnt something that instantly happens.. you gradually improve your health as you eat more healthy food and exercise more.. The media plays a big role in creating confusing misconcpetions that deiting and exercise can be done everynow and again when you feel like being more healthy.
Exercise more regular and eat better that is what I say!
Health is away of life.
